AC Milan coach Sergio Conceicao praised his team’s excellent second-half response as they came from behind to beat Bologna 3-1 in Serie A on Friday.

In the game at San Siro, the away team took the lead through Riccardo Orsolini in the 49th minute. But substitute Santiago Jimenez, who came on in the 65th minute, scored two goals in the 7th and 90+2 minutes, while another goal came from Christian Pulisic in the 79th minute.
The Portuguese boss admitted that the first half performance was not good. But his team responded excellently in the second half.
“It wasn’t a great performance, it’s true เล่น UFABET ผ่านมือถือ สะดวกทุกที่ ทุกเวลา that we beat better teams in Serie A and the Coppa Italia and the Champions League – they (Bologna) were strong because they forced us one-on-one, that left us no space and the first half was terrible,” Conceicao told Sky Sport Italia.
“We conceded the first goal because we tried to press high up and we were attacked. I changed the formation to 4-4-2, the players responded strongly and the substitutes did well in the field as well. This is the spirit I like from this team.”
This season, AC Milan have collected 22 points from games in which they have conceded the first goal, with 19 of those under Sergio Conceicao since he replaced Paulo Fonseca in January.
