Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta is not crazy about changing the club’s captain after Martin Odegaard form and criticism dropped.

The Norwegian international star had impressed for his club at the start of the season but suffered a knee injury that kept him out for three months, only to return in November but have struggled to find the back of the net in the Premier League since the start of the year.

However, The Ufabet reports that Arteta is not fool and has no intention of changing the club’s captain, with Martin Odegaard still the captain for next season.
Odegaard has been the captain of the Gunners since 2022 and is currently the captain of the Norwegian national team.
He has record three assists in his last three league games but was partly at fault for Crystal Palace’s last equaliser at the Emirates and was largely anonymous as Arsenal were dump out of the Champions League by PSG.
The attacking midfielder’s alarming drop in form has not gone unnoticed, with Alan Shearer and Frank Leboeuf among those to criticise his recent performances.
